YOUR TWO OPTIONS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:-

EXCHANGE:

Make an immediate exchange for a different size or colour. As soon as we receive your item back we'll get your exchange item straight out to you for free! *Irish customer exchanges only, a charge will be made for international exchanges.*

REFUND:

If you can't see anything you want at the moment its no problem! Just mark the return sheet for a refund and we'll do the rest within 3 days of receiving your item back.

RETURN POLICY: IMPORTANT

If you wish to return an item to us you must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.

We reserve the right to with hold exchange, or refund if the item is visably worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deoderant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deam renders the item unsaleable.

We hope that you will be 100% happy with your order, we make every effort to give you the best quality products and best mail order service possible. Occasionally things may not be to your liking and you might have to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date printed on the front of your invoice.

You do not need to contact us for a Returns Number. Just fill out the form you receive with your invoice and include it with the products your returning, its as easy as that.

Distance Selling Regulations:

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel any item you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting you order number. Please note however, we may already have sent your item if you decide to cancel after 24 hours as we always endeavor to ship as quickly as possible. If this is the case our standard returns policy comes into force.
